WINE SETTINGS:
I had to run Dead Space in a virtual-desktop to allow higher graphics resolutions. Without a virtual-desktop the game has maximum resolution of 1360×768.
No library overrides were required to launch the game.
RUNNING THE GAME:
Dead Space launches and runs well – though frame rates are probably a little slower as running in a virtual-desktop.
PROBLEMS NOTED:
- Full-screen resolution maximum of 1360×768

just installed dead space from steam, running it causes a ‘serious error’.
game never runs.
Try removing all the dlls + run in a virtual desktop ;)
