WINE CONFIGURATION:
No special set-up or overrides are required. You can run the game full-screen or in a virtual desktop window.
RUNNING THE GAME:
Again, as with Fallout 1, the game launched into full-screen and the intro movies played just fine. Fallout 2′s opening videos are by far my favourite of any game…
Character creation and customisation is much the same as in Fallout 1 and soon I was entering the “Proving Grounds”
NOTED ISSUES:
With my ATI card the cursor movement was a little laggy and gameplay was a bit slow – though still very playable… Once I upgraded Wine and switched to NVIDIA I have not noticed any problems at all.

If you have anything to add to this game test, please feel free to comment. Do post your Wine Version, Linux Flavour and graphics card drivers = NVIDIA or ATI! Help each other out and be nice to one another :)
