WINE CONFIGURATION:
I installed winetricks vcrun2005 + d3dx9 + dinput8. In windowed mode you have to tick “automatically capture mouse” box in graphics tab in winecfg to avoid 360 rotation problems.
GAME CONFIGURATION:
I set Mass Effect to run with all graphic settings on high and full-screen 1920 x 1080.
RUNNING THE GAME:
The game launches and appears to play fine. Have not noticed any issues so far.

Works fine, using Mintlinux 10 x86, q8300 yorkfield, 4gb pc 6400, geforce gtx 260. nvidia latest provided linux drivers.
